- Children 12 and under will be bulk billed
- Children as of 13 years of age onwards, will be privately billed
- Only Pensioners and health care card holders receive a discounted rate

After Hours Telehealth Service
Our new After-Hours Telehealth Service, designed to provide you with timely, accessible medical care outside of regular clinic hours. Whether you’re an existing patient or new to our practice, you can now consult with our experienced GPs from the comfort of your home, helping you get the care you need, when you need it. Please note, consultations are private and incur a fee payable at the time of booking.

GST
Most medical services are GST-free. However, the following services will incur a 10% GST fee:
- Medical reports
- Certain medical examinations (e.g. for driving/life insurance)
- Certificates (if no medical treatment is provided)
- Services acting as an expert witness (e.g. signing passport forms)
Non-Attendance
All appointments at our practice need to be cancelled by a minimum of 3 hours before your appointment time, so that we can offer the appointment to a patient on our waitlist.
Failure to arrive for your appointment will incur a DNA (did not arrive) fee.
